The Summit Hill Association and Ramsey Hill Association are joining forces to present the 2026 Historic Hills House Tour Weekend. Building on the success of previous tours, this year’s event covers both neighborhoods and includes an impressive range of homes — historic Summit Avenue mansions, family homes, and even a brand new penthouse overlooking Grand Avenue. It might just be the best group of homes we’ve ever had.

Our expanded programming over the House Tour Weekend includes an exclusive pre-tour evening at a Summit Avenue mansion that is not otherwise on the tour, brunch at the restored Summit Manor, and a post-tour reception at the University Club.
